DVM16L4L4/32G is a load reduced 4Gx72 memory module, which conforms to JEDEC''s DDR3L, PC3L-12800L standard. The assembly is Quad Rank. The ranks are distributed across thirtysix 2Gbx4 DDP (Dual Die Pack) DDR3 SDRAMs. One EEPROM is used for Serial Presence Detect and a an Isolation Memory Buffer, which enables higher system memory bandwidth at DDR3 speeds up to 1600 MT/s. Both output driver strength and input termination impedance are programmable to maintain signal integrity on the I/O signals in a Fly-by topology. A thermal sensor accurately monitors the DIMM module and can prevent exceeding the maximum operating temperature of 95C.
