DTM64614C is an Unbuffered DDR3 1Gx72 memory module with ECC bits which conforms to JEDEC''s PC3L-12800 standard. The assembly is single rank containing: eighteen Samsung 512Mx8 DDR3L SDRAMs. One 2K-bit EEPROM with thermal sensor is used for Serial Presence Detect. A thermal sensor accurately monitors the DIMM module and can prevent exceeding the maximum operating temperature of 95C. Both output driver strength and input termination impedance are programmable to maintain signal integrity on the I/O signals.
